I need help to find this movie i watched a while ago

I only know a few things about it and can describe a single scene i hope somebody will recognize it. So it's an italian movie i'm pretty sure and its between 1960-90. this girl gets nude a lot but one scene i remember she's tied or stuck somewhere in the public but its remote and there is no people but there is a roud in the background and here comes a fat ugly guy on a bike she knows him and she says nobody can hear her so he askes her to try screaming help to see if anyone will hear her and when no one does she rapes her meanwhile she is screaming help in italien "aiuto". if u know the name of the movie or the actress pllease and thank you.
